Bobby L. Dallas is the principal founder of Simmons Dallas, PLLC, a law firm in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Nationally ranked as among the preeminent trial lawyers in the country, Mr. Dallas has more than 36 years of legal experience, and he provides invaluable counsel and support to clients throughout the state who have suffered catastrophic injuries or lost loved ones as a result of medical malpractice or some other act of negligence or wrongdoing. Mr. Dallas continues to be actively engaged in the practice of law and the litigation of claims. Mr. Dallas has tried numerous cases to verdict in both Federal and State Court.  Mr. Dallas mediated his first case in 2007 and has since mediated well over 500 individual claims. Mr. Dallas also serves as an arbitrator and special master.

Throughout his legal career, Mr. Dallas has secured numerous substantial verdicts for his clients adversely affected by doctor or hospital errors and other preventable tragedies caused by a health care provider's negligence or wrongdoing. In addition, he is a highly effective mediator and negotiator who has obtained many favorable settlements for his clients without ever setting foot inside the courtroom.

A native of Mississippi, Mr. Dallas graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. He then attended Mississippi College School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1988. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.  He is also an active member of The Mississippi Bar, the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates, The Federalist Society and the Federal Bar Association.
